6. Product Warranty

Hardware Warranty

Evelon products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of:

• Printers: 12 months from date of purchase
• Scanners: 12 months from date of purchase
• Accessories: 6 months from date of purchase

Warranty Limitations

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage from unauthorized repairs or modifications
• Consumable items such as print heads and rollers

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Evelon or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use our products or services, even if Evelon or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

8. Technical Support

Technical support is provided for:

• Installation and setup assistance
• Basic troubleshooting
• Driver updates and compatibility issues

Support is available during business hours via email and phone. Extended support may be available for purchase.

9. Return and Refund Policy

Products may be returned within 30 days of purchase if:

• Items are in original condition with all packaging
• Return authorization is obtained prior to shipment
• Customer pays return shipping costs

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving returned items.
